Cyprian is what you can call a pragmatic thought leader on data science. At Rabobank he leads the Data & Analytics organization to support the company’s digital transformation ambitions. He has broad experience in forming and developing analytics teams both in private and public sector organizations.  Currently he works on all what is needed to transform small promising (big) data initiatives to an analytic factory where data-driven solutions find their way smoothly towards production and value for users and business.
