The health, safety, and wellbeing of our attendees and staff are our highest priority, and we know that what makes TEQnation such a great event is the people who gather there. Thus, we have made the decision to postpone TEQnation (originally set for May 20, 2020) to May 12, 2021.
If you have a ticket and you are wondering what happens next, read the following: Your ticket will automatically be transferred from May 20, 2020 to May 12, 2021. So if you are able to join us, your badge will be waiting at the conference for you, the QR-code on the eventbrite ticket will still be valid.
If you are unfortunately not able to join us on May 12, 2021 we will reimburse your ticket. Please send an email with your credentials to info@teqnation.nl and we will make sure you get your money back.
We would like to welcome you on May 12, 2021 at the Fabrique in Utrecht, The Netherlands!
TEQnation is continuously monitoring the situation concerning the Coronavirus to ensure the safety of our event participants and staff. We are following all recommended guidelines from the Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu (RIVM)
If you (for any reason) don’t feel well or safe enough to attend the conference, send an email to us and we will reimburse your ticket. No questions asked. The safety and health of our attendees is our top priority, and to that end, we will institute numerous safety measures and guidelines in accordance with recommendations from the WHO and the CDC to ensure everyone’s health and well-being as detailed below.
We are implementing a restriction policy for anyone who has had symptoms of the Coronavirus.
Specifically, we are requiring each attendee who have or has had these symptoms to stay at home:
We also ask that anyone planning to attend that believes they may have been exposed to the Coronavirus in other travels, or who is not feeling well, to refrain from joining us this year for the safety of other attendees.
